How COPSOQ AU works
COPSOQ AU measures psychosocial working conditions across multiple, interrelated dimensions of work, providing a structured picture of the psychosocial work environment.
We work with organisations to administer the assessment, analyse and benchmark results against Australian reference values, and provide organisational reporting and interpretation.
The findings help organisations identify areas of concern, strengths and differences across workforce groups, and provide evidence to inform broader psychosocial risk assessment and management processes.
